At Vape Batt, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your hardware is defective or you have changed your mind, we offer a 30-day return policy on most unused items.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original packaging, unused, and within 30 days of delivery; please note that consumable items like e-liquids and coils are non-returnable.

  Request an RMA

  Contact our support team with your order number and a photo of the product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Package Your Return

  Securely pack the items in a sturdy box, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside to ensure your return is identified and processed quickly upon arrival.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit within 5-7 business days.
